Lake Saint Louis Man Arrested for DWI, Leaving the Scene
Richard A. Winterringer, 24, of Lake Saint Louis, was arrested Sunday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Richard A. Winterringer, 24, of Lake Saint Louis, was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
The arrest took place at 3:05 a.m. Sunday in St. Charles County.
Winterringer was placed in the St. Charles County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
