A 10-year-old from Foristell was injured Wednesday morning in a one-vehicle accident on Route N east of Fowler Lane.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place at 8:05 a.m.

A 2008 Buick Enclave driven by Yuka N. Yates, 38, Foristell, traveled off the right side of the road, struck a driveway and overturned.

Yates passenger, Brandon T. Yates, 10, sustained minor injuries. He was taken to St. Joseph Health Center in Lake Saint Louis by St. Charles EMS.

Both people involved were wearing seat belts, according to the report.
