Old Friends Vintage Guitars: Three Groovy Guitars
On the third day of Christmas, Downtown Wentzville has for me: 3 groovy guitars.
Whether you're looking for a valuable vintage instrument for a experienced guitar player or a something suitable for a beginner, you can find what you need at Old Friends Vintage Guitars.
Old Friends Vintage Guitars in downtown Wentzville offers a variety of guitars and amplifiers and other guitar equipment and accessories such as picks and replacement strings.
The shop also offers parts (such as tuning knobs) and can repair some problems, and they can also order parts not in stock.
Owner Emmett Taylor has created an attractive, relaxed atmosphere where guitar players can interact with other players and "jam." Beautiful vintage instruments like a late 70s Les Paul electric guitar are displayed on the walls, and a grouping of comfy sofas invites visitors to linger.
Lessons are offered by John Szepanski at a cost of $20 per half hour. With the purchase of a guitar, the first lesson is free. Szepanski teaches all styles—from classical to modern, blues, jazz and country, whatever the student desires.
