A man is being charged with operating a methamphetamine lab in a Lake Saint Louis home.
Robert R. Pollock, 54, is charged with manufacturing meth at a home in the 100 block of View Point Lane in Lake Saint Louis and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Three juveniles age 15 or under also live at the house.
A St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department detective investigating a pseudoephedrine supplier found Pollock at the residence. According to a sheriff’s department report, the detective smelled a strong chemical odor coming from the garage, and Pollock acknowledged making meth at the residence.
In a consent search, the detective found a lab in the garage and along with chemicals needed to cook meth, he said in the report.
