The Wentzville Police Department received 55 calls for motorist assistance and accidents on Feb. 21, when a winter storm dropped 5 1/2 inches of snow and sleet on the area. The calls broke down this way: Assist motorist, 48 calls, 10 of which were on Interstate 70 Auto accidents, 7 calls, three of which were on I-70 and one on Hwy. 61.
