Expereince a new way to achieve your fitness goals! With heart pounding Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves you will forget you are exercising and think you are at a dance party. The music selections are fast and slow to help tone and sculpt the body. Zumba is geared for all fitness levels. Don't forget your towel, water bottle and comfortable shoes. Sessions are 6 weeks in length.

More About Progress Park
The park features an outdoor swimming pool, football field, indoor basketball courts, weightroom, indoor track, a baseball and softball field and a playground. A variety of youth and adult leagues play at the park in sports such as football and basketball. The Progress Park Center is available for rent and can be used for meetings, wedding receptions and other special events. The administrative office for the Wentzville Parks and Recreation is located here.
