Heritage Elementary Student to participate in National American Miss State Pageant

Miss Chloe Layton, age 10, has been chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Pageant to be held June 26-28th in Columbia, Mo.  The National American Miss Pageants are held for girls ages 4-18, and have five different age divisions.  Chloe Layton will be participating in the Jr. Pre Teen age division, along with other outstanding young ladies from across the state of Missouri.

The pageant program is based on positive self-image and natural beauty within.  Emphasis is put on the importance of developing self confidence, learning good sportsmanship, as well as setting and achieving personal goals.    The winner of each division will receive a $1000 cash award, a crown and banner, and the opportunity to compete in the National Pageant held at the Disneyland Resort this November.

Chloe Layton attends Heritage Elementary in Wentzville.  She enjoys playing with her friends, gymnastics and being a young entrepreneur.  She is being sponsored by many friends and family, Underground Dance, Premier Civil Engineering and the Matt Husband State Farm Agency.
