This Weekend: Enjoy a Car Cruise in O'Fallon, Yoga and Wine in Augusta

River City Rascals v. the Gateway Grizzlies

• When/Where? Friday, May 11 at 4:05 p.m. at __, in O'Fallon.
• What? You can come out and watch your local team as they kick off the first weekend of the season.

Trivia Benefit for Samuel Taylor

• When/Where? Friday, May 11 from 6-10 p.m. at , 31 Saint Dominic Dr., O'Fallon.
• What? Cost is $25 to help out a local family at this trivia night on Friday. 

American Red Cross Trivia Night

• When/Where? Friday, May 11 at 7 p.m. at 115 McMenamy Rd., in St. Peters. Saint Peters.
• What? Bring some snacks and enjoy a night of trivia and drinks with friends at the Professional Firefighter of Eastern Missouri Banquet Hall.  Cost is $20 per person, with tables of eight. Gourmet Spaghetti Dinner to Benefit Heartland Humane Society

• When/Where? Saturday, May 12 at 3-8 p.m. at , 2 Dunmore Circle, O Fallon,
• What? This spaghetti dinner catered by Gourmet to go costs $15 per for adults and $7 for children. Proceeds benefit Heartland Humane Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill animal rescue group that helps find new homes for stray, abused and unwanted pets. Walk-ins are welcome. 

Turtle Trot 5K Walk/Run for Re-Member

• When/Where? Saturday, May 12 at 10 a.m. at _, 2598 N Main St, St. Charles.
• What? The run begins at 10 a.m. and the walk starts at 10:15 a.m. Participants will follow the hiking/biking trail between the Katy Trail and Missouri River. Prizes are awarded to first place and the highest two pledge collectors. Proceeds are donated to improve living conditions on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Cost is $25.

JJ's St. Charles Car Cruise

• When/Where? Saturday, May 12 at 4-10 p.m. at , 1215 S Duchesne Dr., St. Charles. 
• What? This free event features classic cars, food and beer. If you have a classic car you'd like to show off, you are welcome to bring it free of charge.

Lake Saint Louis Garage sale

• When/Where? Saturday, May 12 at 7 a.m. at 914 Locksley Manor Dr, Lake Saint Louis.
• What? Kids clothes, a refridgerator, dishwasher, vaccuum, toys, and more will be up for grabs at this local garage sale this weekend.

“Yoga in Wine Country” in Augusta 

• When/Where? Saturday, May 12 at 10 a.m. at _5634 High St. , Augusta.
• What? Certified yoga instructors host this fourth annual event at Mount Pleasant Estates. The community is invited to enjoy a day of yoga, music and food. Admission is $60 per person, and includes 90-minute yoga practice, a gourmet vegetarian lunch buffet, and a complimentary glass of wine. For more information or to register, call 636-561-9030.
