Looking for something fun and different to do this weekend in Wentzville? Look no further! We’ve got some ideas right here.

  • When/Where: Friday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the .
  • Why Go: Multiple GRAMMY nominee and chart-topping country music star Dierks Bentley will be in St. Charles at the Family Arena in St. Charles. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
  • Pricing: $41 for reserved seats in level 100 and 200, $48 General admission floor. All ticket prices include parking.

  • When/Where: Saturday, April 30 at 7 a.m.
  • Why Go: Wentzville Parks & Recreation department is hosting its annual Spring City Wide Yard Sale. Purchase a booklet of locations to shop for $2. Each booklet contains a list of sales and a city map. In the event of rain it will be left to the discretion of each individual to determine if they want to cancel. Booklets are available at , or the USC Building. 

  • When/Where: Saturday, April 30 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at .
  • Why Go: The shred professionals from Shred-it will be on site to offer free shred services. Shred-it will shred items such as old statements, receipts, credit card offers, and other documents containing personal information. Shred days have grown in popularity in recent years thanks in part to the rise of identity theft. 
  • Pricing: Free

  • When/Where: Sunday, May 1 at .
  • Why Go: All Ages: A picture is worth a thousand words...and that is so true when you are talking about photos of people playing in the park. Take and submit photos of people playing in a Wentzville city park. The winner will be awarded a family pool pass for the 2011 pool season. All photos must be 8x10 with your name, phone number and name of the park in the photo written on the back. All submitted photos become the property of the City of Wentzville and may be used in future publication or displays. 
  • Pricing: Free

  • When/Where: Sunday, May 1 from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the .
  • Why Go: If you like cars and racing, stop by and check this out! Whether you just want to watch, or you want to find out how you can become an Autocross participant, it's sure to be an exciting event!
  • Pricing: $15 to $35 for participants.
