Things to do in Wentzville this weekend.

Looking for something fun and different to do this weekend in ? Look no further! We’ve got some ideas right here. 

  • When/Where: Saturday, April 9 at 10 a.m. at .
  • Why Go: Bring the kids to Lowe's for their Build and Grow clinic. This weeks featured project is a pinball theme that the kids will love making as well as playing with. It's free, so check it out!
  • Pricing: Free
  • When/Where: April 8-10 at in St. Charles. The event kicks off Friday at 5 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m. Come back Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. for an entire day of entertainment.
  • Why Go: The Missouri Tartan Day Festival is a free family-friendly celebration of Scottish-American Heritage. Join in the fun with a fantastic array of music, food, dance, crafts, storytelling and clans. You'll also find animal exhibits and interactive activities for the whole family. On Saturday at noon, watch the parade as they travel down Main Street beginning at the boathouse.

  • When/Where: April 9 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and April 10 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the .
  • Why Go: The gun enthusiast will enjoy this display of thousands of new and used firearms, modern and collectible rifles, pistols and shotguns. You will also find big sales on ammo, knives, gun parts, scopes, gun cases, old military and old west items. Collectors will be on hand to buy firearms, swords, old militaria and more. Bring your old or unwanted guns to sell or trade.

  • When/Where: Friday, April 8 from 8-11 p.m. at in Lake Saint Louis.
  • Why Go: Enjoy live music from the Heather Dawn Duo when they take the stage at Donatelli's.

  • Why Go: Lake Saint Louis and the Lake Saint Louis Mothers Club team up again for the citywide Easter Egg Hunt. This event is happening – rain or shine. There will be fun for all ages- bounce houses, egg hunt by age groups, clown, pony rides and games.

  • When/Where: Sunday, April 10 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Wingate Hotel, 32 Missouri Research Park Circle in St. Charles
  • Why Go: Cat In A Basket, a local gift company is hosting a Spring Shopping Boutique and Girl’s Day Out featuring locally made products from Moms with home based businesses, on-site hair and makeup stylist and gourmet treats. Proceeds from the event will benefit the St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
