Blessings in a Minor Key: Notes from the Book of Haggai

  • When/Where? Friday-Sunday at , 402 S Linn Ave. in Wentzville.
  • What? Wentzville's Church of Christ hosts a series of lectures focused on words of encouragement to help you in your everyday life. Hear speakers while children attend Bible classes. To learn more, click here

Moolah Shrine Circus Parade

  • When/Where? Saturday, March 24 at 12 p.m. at , 1050 S Riverside Dr., St. Charles.  
  • What? The Circus is in town and on Saturday, you can see the 70th Annual Moolah Shrine Circus Parade. The parade route will begin at the top of North Riverside Drive and end at the Lewis & Clark Boathouse.

Spring Fling Craft Fair

  • When/Where? Friday, March 23 at 5 p.m. at , 1600 Feise Rd. in Dardenne Prairie.
  • What? The Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) group is hosting a craft fair and will also have gently-used children’s items for sale. Admission is $5 per person, which includes attendance prizes and free dessert bar. Children are free.

Welcome to Spring Tween Dance

  • When/Where? Friday, March 23 at 7 p.m. at , 1900 W Randolph St. in St. Charles.
  • What? Kids ages 11-13 can enjoy a night of dancing with friends. Attendees are not be allowed to leave the building until a parent picks them up. Register in advance and pay $7. Cost is $8 at the door.

Heart-to-Hart Trivia Night

  • When/Where? Friday, March 23 at 7 p.m. at 4795 N Highway 94, St. Charles. 
  • What? Friends of the Hart family are sponsering a trivia night to benefit the family of 10, who lost their father and husband to cancer. Doors open at 6:30 and trivia begins 7 p.m. Tables of 8 are $160. Guests will enjoy popcorn, beer, and soda and cash prizes. Tree of Life Monthly Preview Service

  • When/Where? Saturday, March 24 at 6 p.m. at 210 Virgil St. in O Fallon.
  • What? is hosting it's third monthly preview service. Tree of Life is a new non-denominational church in north O'Fallon. Services include music, practical teaching, children's ministry for kids six weeks through kindergarten and refreshments.

2012 Baby Kid Expo

  • When/Where? Saturday, March 24 at 9 a.m. at the , 1 Convention Center Plaza in St. Charles.
  • What? See cooking demonstrations, dance performances, hear speakers and explore kid-friendly booths. Admission is free.

Grace UCC Trivia Night

  • When/Where? Saturday, March 24 at 7 p.m. at 8326 Mexico Rd, St. Peters.
  • What? Grace United Church of Christ hosts a trivia night, along with a silent auction. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and trivia begins at 7pm. Cost is $140 per table of eight. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. To reserve your table call Sandy at 636-639-6373 or 314-640-6470.

This brings me back to the days of my childhood. I remember going to the circus to see the giant elephants and clowns. Those were the days, I will continue the tradition and take my children to the circus. http://www.allianceplumbing.com.au
