Chamber Members Practice 'Speed Networking'
Lake Saint Louis-Dardenne Prairie Chamber of Commerce met last Thursday for their regular monthly luncheon.
It was a little like speed dating, but without the awkwardness. The Lake Saint Louis-Dardenne Prairie Chamber of Commerce met on Aug. 11 for their usual monthly luncheon meeting.
Members gathered in the auditorium of the Morning Star Church in Dardenne Prairie. After lunch, tables were arranged for "speed networking."
With realty signs serving as table dividers much like the old college study carrels, members had one minute to talk about their business to a partner across the table, then they switched and the other partner took over.

Members and their guests had a great time swapping business cards and getting better acquainted with new members, or just having a nice chat with old friends.
