Lake Saint Louis Apartment Complex Under New Management

Camden-Cedar Lakes will be getting a facelift as part of the bargain.

Lake Saint Louis' Camden Cedar Lakes apartment complex is under new ownership and new management, and will have an upgrade coming soon.

This week, Village Green and L3C Capital Partners LLC announced that they have reached an agreement for Camden-Cedar Lakes Apartments in Lake Saint Louis and three other complexes—Cross Creek, Cove West, and Westchase Apartments in St. Louis. The complexes will be managed by Village Green.

"We don’t expect residents to be severely impacted or displaced by the interior unit renovations, which include upgrades to the kitchen (replacing cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring and hardware)," Jacqueline Trost, said in an email to Patch. "Those renovations will take place during the day, when most residents are at work. Exterior community renovations include new siding, and community/amenity renovations will take place in the clubhouse, fitness center, sales center and landscaping improvement."
