Wentzville Chick-fil-A Construction to Begin in July

Company says it will break ground next month.

Construction on a new Chick-fil-A restaurant is slated to begin next month.

"I can confirm that we are planning to build a free-standing restaurant in Wentzville and we're excited," said Brenda Morrow, corporate relations specialist for Chick-fil-A. "Construction will begin mid to late July of this year."

Mayor Paul Lambi first announced the  restaurant opening in February.
