Wentzville New Construction Update: Panda Express, Ross Dress For Less, Fairfield Inn

New business construction is booming in Wentzville.

Construction workers have been taking advantage of our recent mild fall weather in Wentzville, and new business projects are in all stages of development—from recent groundbreaking to near completion.

Panda Express, just to the south of Applebee's on Wentzville Parkway, hopes to open before Christmas, Drew Bextermueller of THF Realty told Patch. The restaurant may possibly open as soon as the week of Dec. 17.

Grading has begun for the Fairfield Inn and Suites, which will occupy the piece of ground formerly used by MoDOT behind Bob Evans. The four-story Marriott hotel is another THF project.

Another business slated to open in 2013 is Ross Dress for Less. The Ross store will offer clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and children as well as home décor.

The last of the four current THF projects in town is Massage Luxe, located at 1851 Wentzville Parkway. The company's website states that Massage Luxe offers the "highest quality massage, facial and waxing services in an environment that is both luxurious and relaxing. . . " The Wentzville location will be opening at the end of next week, Bextermueller said.
