What's New at the Meadows

The Meadows in Lake Saint Louis will be welcoming a new store and holding some great summer events.

Spring is quickly becoming summer, and there's a lot going on at in Lake Saint Louis.

The Meadows will soon be welcoming a Francesca's Collections store. This boutique offers fashionable women's apparel and jewelry, gifts and home accessories. Francesca's Collections currently has locations in West County Mall and the Galleria.  The store at the Meadows will be the sixth Missouri location.

Marketing Director Jean Ahsmuhs recently joined the Davis Street Land Company management team at The Meadows. Ahsmuhs is also the marketing director for Plaza Frontenac. A St. Louis native, Ahsmuhs has worked nine years in marketing, not only in St. Louis, but also in Michigan and Arizona. Ahsmuhs said that she's glad to be back home and is enjoying her work at The Meadows. "It's a beautiful property, and they've already done a great job marketing it," Ahsmuhs said. "It's very family-friendly and there are many opportunities for events."

The Meadows is also hosting a summer concert series on the first and third Thursdays of the month, June through September from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Clocktower Plaza. An art fair is scheduled for the last weekend in September.

Lake Saint Louis' Tree Board will be holding its "Root Ball" at the Meadows on September 17 to celebrate Lake Saint Louis' Tenth Anniversary as a Tree City USA. The celebration will include a sit-down dinner, a guest speaker and live music.
