C-SPAN Digital Bus to Visit Wentzville Tuesday

Bus will be at three different locations.

The C-SPAN Digital bus will stop in Tuesday as part of its "Road to the White House" tour.

The Campaign 2012 Bus, sponsored by Charter Communications, travels the country to promote and enhance C-SPAN’s extensive resources and political coverage by stopping at major political events such as candidate debates and speeches in early primary states and meeting with voters on the campaign trail.

The bus will make three stops Tuesday:

  • — 8:30-11 a.m.
  • — 12:30-2 p.m.
  • — 3-4:30 p.m.

Visitors will be able to get the most up-to-date current event news from this vehicle equipped with the latest technology.  

The bus is geared to provide a greater understanding of public affairs and government, as well as knowledge of C-SPAN's free resources including the C-SPAN video library, C-SPAN Classroom, and Book TV.

Computer kiosks offer the latest interactive technology in an effort to connect visitors to public affairs and government and allow users to download podcasts, an iPhone app, access C-SPAN Radio and connect with the organization using social media resources.
