Change to Toll Road for I-70 Might Cost Billions

MoDOT director estimates between a $2-4 billion price tag.

Today MoDOT Director Kevin Keith told KMOX that expanding I-70 to create the toll road could cost between $2-4 billion dollars. The cost would include making three lanes in each direction. The upper end projections include a fourth, trucks only lane in both directions.
