Daily Dose: Should Missouri Ban Texting While Driving?

3. Question of the Day

According to the Kansas City Star, a proposed compromise to expand Missouri’s texting-while-driving law appears to have fallen flat in a Senate committee.

Right now, just those 21 and younger are banned from texting while driving.

But we ask you: Should Missouri lawmakers ban texting while driving for all motorists? Why or why not?
