Daily Dose: Should Wentzville Fine Pet Owners for Having Vicious Dogs?

Today, mostly sunny with a high near 43 degrees. Breezy, with a west wind between 14 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Tonight, mostly clear, with a low around 23 degrees. The rest of the week is expected to be dry and sunny.

3. Question of the Day

Wentzville's Board of Aldermen, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, is considering a repeal of the city's restrictions on pit bulls in effect since 1991. Instead, the city would increase penalties for owners of dogs of any type that exhibit vicious behavior.
