Description: Inspects and enforces adopted regulatory codes and ordinances pertaining to new and existing buildings, electrical and plumbing installations, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and condemnation and demolition of buildings and structures
Requirements:
Associates Degree in an area such as Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Architectural technology. Thorough knowledge of City codes, specifications, and ordinances as they pertain to public works and buildings. Knowledge in the area of reading engineering and architectural plans, construction and maintenance methods, material, and equipment employed in public works, electrical, mechanical and plumbing codes. Building Inspector Certification by ICC.

Description
: Supervises, directs and coordinates the activities of the Police Department to provide law enforcement assistance and protect life and property.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration or related field, minimum 15 years experience in police work, 6 years of highly responsible management and supervisory experience. Missouri POST license or equivalent and police academy certification.

Requirements: MSW or related advanced degree, residential experience and three years supervisory experience; understanding of the residential environment; strong managerial and communication skills; a passion for helping women and children; ability to provide clinical support to staff; and an understanding of child welfare practices and community resources.

: Part time. Provides information and assistance concerning payments, warrants, tickets and court dates. Additional responsibilities include: Data entry of tickets, assistance in Monday night and Wednesday morning court session, assistance in preparing court dockets and subpoenas.
Pay: $16.42/hour

Requirements: Completion of a Culinary Arts degree or certificate program preferred; one year on high volume food service operation; HACCP knowledge.
