Select St. Charles County offices of State Farm Insurance agents will be offering free glow-in-the-dark bracelets.

Bracelets can also be picked up at the St. Charles Ambulance District Headquarters at 4169 Old Mill Parkway in St. Peters. Paramedics will be distributing bracelets in area neighborhoods on Halloween evening.
