The Second Cup: August 11 Edition

You've had your first cup of coffee; now relax with the second and find out what's up for the day in Lake Saint Louis.

Good morning, Lake Saint Louis!

I took my family to lunch at Max & Erma's at on Tuesday. When I finished my soup, I reached for my iPhone, planning to use the Patch app to leave a 5-star rating for the restaurant. (I'm VERY fond of their French Onion—and the Village Salad.)

I was surprised when I couldn't find their listing. Now, how did we miss Max & Erma's? I made a quick request to our Directory department, so it won't take long, but the experience made me aware that we have some holes in our business listings for Lake Saint Louis. Please help me out by letting me know when you notice something missing.

I also stopped by , , , and while I was at The Meadows. I'm trying to make it a habit to visit businesses in Lake Saint Louis each week, and it's always a rewarding experience. We have some wonderful businesses and businesspeople!

So today we'll post a story to let you know what's going on at The Meadows during the rest of August. In addition to store specials and events, The Meadows also plans family-friendly entertainment in the Clocktower Plaza.

We'll also be featuring weekend events around the area in our Get Out column.

I enjoyed the new art on display at the clubhouse, and you can enjoy it, too, in today's Viewfinder photo gallery.
