If you're into sports, you must love this time of year. Baseball's heading into the playoffs, and we'll be following our beloved River City Rascals. This morning we posted a for Ah, high school football—doesn't it bring back memories?

Today's Food 101 column from Michelle Blodget is, I think, her revenge for me saying I wouldn't eat sushi. Just kidding, of course. There's a lot of good information in her story today. Take a look.

Triathlon is coming this weekend! Patch is sending a sports reporter to cover the event, and many Patches in our area will be posting stories about athletes from their towns.
