I spent my morning yesterday at the new Wentzville School District transportation building. Many thanks to Director Jennifer Simpson for showing me around this amazing new facility. We'll be bringing you a closer look at the new buses later today.

Today in history courtesy of History.com: In 1813, "Uncle Sam" was born! A meat packed named Samuel Wilson sent beef to the army in the War of 1812. The "U.S." stamped on the barrels soon became "Uncle Sam" to the soldiers, and as the joke spread, Uncle Sam became a nickname for the federal government.
