8 a.m.: Fair Gates Open
8 - 10 a.m.: St. Charles County 4-H Exhibitors Must Enter, Market Lambs, Market Rabbits, Market Goats, Poultry & Dairy Goats. May Enter Beef Breeding & Sheep Breeding.
9 a.m.: Beef Steers Must be in Place
10 a.m.: Weigh Beef Steers
10 a.m. - 10 p.m.: Kolb Exhibition Center Open
Noon: Poultry Judging - Heinrich Pavilion
3 p.m.: Goat Judging - Swine Show Ring
5 p.m.: Weigh Market Lambs
5 p.m.: DockDogs Competition - Wave #1 - Sponsored by: Animal Medical Center of Wentzville
5 - 10 p.m.: S&S Farms Exotic Petting Zoo
6 p.m.: Beef Steer Judging - Show Barn
