Aug. 10 Western St. Charles County Chamber Back to School Family Fair






  1. A fun-filled day for families to gather information and freebies from local businesses and groups as they prepare to return to school; presented by the Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce, Morning Star Church, Ameren Missouri, Watkins Law Firm, P.C., Jin Jung Kwan Hapkido USA, Mercy, Andrews Academy, SSM Medical Group and Great Southern Bank.





  2. Fees to Participate: Event Sponsor $250 provides 6' table with skirting, priority booth placement, logo on event welcome banner, logo on event backpack, and advertising for the event.  Booth Prices: $50 for Chamber member $75 for non-Chamber member provides 6' table with skirting, advertising for the event and table signage. A portion of this fee will go to purchasing school supplies that will be provided for you to hand out to students during the event.





  3. We ask that you incoporate a game or activity into your booth - something fun to draw the kids in! Businesses are required to have some type of coupon (free, buy one/get one, discounted item or service, or free item) to distribute to families. This is in addition to the back to school supplies provided by your fee. *There is a NO fee for NON-PROFIT groups. In lieu of the fee, we ask that non-profits provide some type of school supply, or give-away, to hand out to students. 





  4. There will be free school supplies for children, health screenings and more. Each booth will feature a fun activity for children to participate in and you will get to learn about the great businesses in the area.
