Moms Talk: Must-Have Baby Items?

What are the newest, latest and greatest baby items?

Kristi's question: What are the new must-have items for newborns?

I'm in a unique position.

I'm only two years removed from the newborn department, but I already feel out of the loop as far as today's popular baby stuff. I'm sure that in the last few years a number of new items have surfaced that new moms out there can't live without.

With my second baby on the way, I want to know what I've missed.

What are your must haves?

The only must have I got with the second was a double bob jogging stroller, which I love!! And the Nap Nanny... Belle slept like a dream in it and I think it is a new must have... Otherwise, besides an entirely new wardrobe and room she used all of Dax's stuff and now actually prefers anything he is playing with, ha!

Thanks Kelly! I've heard great things about the double bob strollers! I haven't heard of the Nap Nanny... I'll have to check it out!

J, yes most people reuse their baby items but I would venture out there and say ALMOST ALL also pick up some new things for their little bundle. Newer products come out that are safer, better or more adorable than when the first child came along. In addition, she is having a boy this time and her firstborn is a girl so she is going to need different items. Settle down. Seriously.

We got the mamaroo and George hated it. In fact, we used to put him in it when we needed him to wake up...did the trick every time.
