proposed beltway construction...

Iam interested in moving into the wentzville area and would like my child to attend piene ridge.Does anyone have any info on when and exactly were this beltway will run.I do not want to spend a couple hundred grand on a new house only to have road noise and a 4 lane hiway running next to my subdivision.
