Chief Says Judges, Prosecutor Looking Forward to Ex-Con's Help

Chief Force went to Florida to meet personally with Larry Lawton and make plans to bring him to Lake Saint Louis.

Larry Lawton, an ex-con and former jewel thief, spent 11 years in some of the toughest federal prisons in the United States.

Since his release he has developed a nationally recognized program to help teens and adults change the way they think and make better choices.

And that program is coming to Lake Saint Louis and St. Charles County.
