"LSL PD was on the scene with a flat-bed tow truck," Shoaf said in an email to Patch. "It did not seem that anyone at that time needed aid so we continued past the accident. As we did we noticed that one of the vehicles involved was from LSL Code Enforcement. Our GPS  showed a 10 minute delay of traffic on our route home. Both vehicles looked to be heavy damage however it did not seem to penetrate the passenger compartment. LSL Police had the accident and traffic caused by it well in hand."

Lake Saint Louis Patch will post an update as soon as more information becomes available.
