Highway N Crash Sends Wentzville Toddler to Hospital

Two people were injured in the Sunday-evening crash on Hwy. N and South Point Prairie Road.

Megan K. Parker, 25, and Jace C. Parker, 2, received minor injuries Sunday evening in a crash at Highway N and South Point Prairie Road.

Megan Parker of Wentzville was traveling eastbound on Highway N at 5:40 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

A Chevy Tahoe driven by Earon M. Tourville, 16, also of Wentzville, was traveling southbound on Route N. Tourville came to a stop but failed to yield right-of-way, and the front of his Tahoe struck the left side of Parker's Ford Focus.

Tourville was not injured and his vehicle received moderate damage. He was wearing a safety belt.

Megan Parker and Jace Parker received minor injuries and were transported to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur by ambulance. Megan Parker was not wearing a safety belt, but Jace Parker was in a safety seat.

Parker's car received extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
