According to the Journal Star, most of the charges were drug-related, and most of those charged were from out of the area.

The ages of those charged varied from 18 to 50 years old, from states as far away as Oregon and Florida. Drugs involved included MDMA (Ecstasy), LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, nitrous oxide, methadone and cocaine, as well as look-alike drugs.

The festival was held at Chillicothe's Three Sisters Park on May 25-27.

The Summer Camp Music Festival has been held since 2001, and has grown from 1000 attendees to more than 15,000 attendees, the event's website states.  "While our numbers have grown, Summer Camp still maintains the same energy and family feel we had when we started over a decade ago," the website states.

The event triples the population of the small Illinois town and is a boost to the local economy.
