Lake Saint Louis Woman Injured in Fatal Lincoln County Crash
Tamra Williams, 51, was injured in the crash that took the life of a Troy man on Saturday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a Lake Saint Louis woman was involved in a crash in Lincoln County on Saturday, Aug. 4.
Tamra L. Williams, 51, of Lake Saint Louis was northbound on Route H in Lincoln County at 6 p.m. Saturday evening when she attempted to avoid an unknown vehicle in the lane of traffic.
Williams lost control of her 1993 Ford Explorer, crossed the center lane and struck a 1992 Chevy S10 driven by Thomas G. Dames of Troy, who was traveling southbound.

After being struck head-on by the Ford Explorer, Dames' vehicle went off the right side of the road and overturned.
Dames was pronounced dead en route to Mercy Medical Center by EMS personnel. A passenger in Dames' vehicle, Mary A. Dames, 65, received moderate injuries and was transported to .

Williams received minor injuries and was transported to St. Joseph Health Center.
Both drivers and the passenger were wearing safety belts.
