Lake Saint Louis Woman Injured in One-Car Accident

Nancy C. Shepherd, 50, was driving eastbound on Interstate 64 last Friday morning. She was just west of Research Park when her vehicle, a 1999 Grand Marquis, left the roadway and struck the median.

Shepherd suffered moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur.

Shepherd was wearing a safety belt at the time of the accident.
