Man Kicks His Father in the Chest; Dad Has Pacemaker

A Lake Saint Louis man attacked two family members Friday, police said.

A 44-year-old man beat two family members Friday, repeatedly kicking his father—who has a pacemaker—in the face and chest, police said.

Lake Saint Louis Police said that Richard Perry Jr., 44, of the 400 block of Oak Place in Lake Saint Louis, walked up to his sister and punched her in the chest. He then pushed his father over a barbecue grill onto a concrete driveway, according to court documents.

His sister told police that Peery then kicked his father in the chest about 20 times and punched him in the face. When his sister tried to stop him, Peery hit her in the throat with his forearm, she told police. Peery’s father gave police the same account.
