Missing a Lawn Mower? Police Discover Cache of Stolen Goods

Items include lawn mowers, power washers and electronics.

A treasure trove of stolen goods is sitting in a Maplewood building, and police officials hope to return the items to their rightful owners.

On Friday afternoon, followed a tip and raided a home in Bel-Ridge, where officers recovered a Maplewood resident's stolen property. No one was home during the raid, but officers found a number of other stolen items. Police found:

  • Three lawn mowers
  • Nine bicycles
  • Three power washers
  • Xboxes, Playstations and a Nintendo Wii
  • Two TVs
  • Home stereo system
  • Collection of power tools and other electronics

The items were likely nabbed from several locations across the St. Louis region, police said. If you believe your stolen property is among the items recovered by Maplewood police, then you should coordinate with your police department to retrieve your items.
