Police Blotter: Accidents and More Accidents

Calls to the Lake Saint Louis Police Department from Jan. 11 - Jan. 17.

January 11:

  • 4:00 pm: There was a theft reported on Oak Hill Drive. A credit card was stolen.
  • 4:54 pm: An accident occurred on Ronald Reagan Drive in a parking lot. There were no injuries.
  • 5:11 pm: An officer responded to a call about domestic violence on Rue Grand Drive. A male subject was arrested for domestic assault.

January 12:

  • 5:48 am: A vehicle crashed on Highway N due to icy pavement. No injuries.
  • 7:10 am: There was an accident on Highway N.
  • 7:38 am: A vehicle left the scene of an accident on Freymuth Road.
  • 8:04 am: An accident was reported on Technology Drive.
  • 9:59 am: There was an auto accident on south Outer Road.
  • 11:55 am: An accident occurred on Northshire Lane.

January 13:

  • 6:04 am: Police responded to Stag Industrial Boulevard to investigate a report of a burglary at a business that had happened over the night. Items stolen were valued at $1,300 and damage done to the property was estimated to be over $500.
  • 12:06 pm: An officer responded to an accident on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard near . A male was arrested for driving while revoked.
  • 12:46 pm: There was a report of stealing from on Fountain Grass Drive. Several pieces of jewelry were stolen. An investigation is ongoing.
  • 6:48 pm: A larceny was reported at on Meadow Circle Drive. Police were told three females and a male had stolen clothing from the store and were leaving in a vehicle. All three were arrested for stealing.
  • 8:18 pm: A notebook and a Kindle were found on Fox Trail Drive, and returned to the owner.

January 14:

  • 3:09 am: There was a report of a verbal domestic dispute on Catamaran Drive. No charges.
  • 10:49 am: Police were called to a two-vehicle accident in a parking lot on Ronald Reagan Drive. No injuries were reported.
  • 1:21 pm: There was an accident on Peaceful Meadow Court.
  • 8:57 pm: An abandoned vehicle on I-64 was towed.

January 15:

  • 3:25 pm: A female subject was arrested for stealing from Von Maur on Fountain Grass Drive.
  • 3:46 pm: A laptop was found on Chantilly Court.
  • 4:30 pm: Shoplifting was reported on Fountain Grass Drive.
  • 6:00 pm: An accident occurred on Landing Place Drive.
  • 7:42 pm: Officers responded to on Civic Center Drive for a report of shoplifting. The suspects fled the area.

January 16:

  • 12:53 am: A subject was threatening to harm themselves at on Veterans Memorial Parkway, and was transported for psychiatric evaluation.
  • 12:56 pm: Police took a report in the lobby of the police station from a subject who believed their identity had been stolen. An unknown subject had used their personal information to obtain cable television and equipment in Indiana.

January 17:

  • 1:59 am: A vehicle struck a guardrail on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. No injuries were reported.
  • 1:59 am: There was a vehicle crash on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard at South Charlemagne Drive. The female driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Her blood alcohol content measured at .250%.
  • 7:24 pm: A male subject was detained on Ronald Reagan Drive for shoplifting $60.75 in merchandise. He was issued a summons for stealing.
  • 10:45 pm: Police responded to a sick case and possible drug overrdose on Pine Trail Drive. A male subject was transported to the hospital for treatment.
