Police Blotter: Animal Neglect, Jewelry Worth $20,000 Stolen
Calls to the Lake Saint Louis Police Department from Oct. 19 - Oct. 25.
October 19:
- There was shoplifting reported on Ronald Reagan Drive.
- Police responded to a violation of a protection order on Flintshire Lane.
October 20:
- During a traffic stop on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard at Palmer Court, the driver was issued summonses for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to fix a front license plate on his vehicle.
- There was an assault on Gascony Parc Drive.
- Jewelry was stolen from a residence on Ponce Court. The stolen items were valued at approximately $20,000.
- An officer responded to Highway M to take a report of phone harassment. No prosecution was desired at this time.
- There was a report on Medical Drive at SSM St. Joseph Hospital West of medication stolen from a victim's purse.
October 21:

- After receiving a report of a male subject "slumped" over a parked car's steering wheel on Fountain View Terrace, police responded and arrested the driver for driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.
- A domestic incident was reported on Normandy Drive. No charges were filed.
- An accidental fire occurred in a residence on Auvergne Drive. The fire started at an electrical outlet and is not considered suspicious at this time.
October 22:
- A male subject on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard was arrested for DWI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A vehicle struck another car in the parking lot of Walmart on Ronald Reagan Drive and then left the scene of the accident.
October 23:

- A male subject was arrested for DWI on Bent Oak Court.
- A fraudulent use case was reported on Forest Crest. A purchase was made using the victim's credit cards.
October 24:
- There was an accident on the entrance ramp to eastbound I-64 from Highway N.
- Police responded to Hawk Ridge Trail for a report of a stolen purse. An investigation revealed the purse was not actually stolen.
- There was a domestic incident on Lakewood Drive between a boyfriend and girlfriend. No charges.
October 25:
- Animal neglect/abandonment is being investigated on Eagles Way Lane.
- A credit account was opened fraudulently on Fountain Grass Drive at Von Maur and was being used shortly after authorization.
- Items were stolen from Victoria's Secret on Meadows Circle Drive, valued at $1000.
