Police Blotter: 'Belligerent' Drive-Through Customer Arrested

Calls to the Lake Saint Louis Police Department for April 6 - 19.

April 6:

  • There was a larceny involving parts and accessories from a motor vehicle reported on Medical Plaza.
  • An officer responded to a fraudulent use of a credit device on Robert Raymond Drive.
  • There was a violation of an order of protection on Big River Drive.
  • An accident occurred on Feise Road at Henke Road.
  • Shoplifting was reported on Fountain Grass Drive.
  • A domestic incident was reported on Ampere Place. No charges.

April 7:

  • A male subject was arrested for DWI on Orf Road at Welsh Drive. Driver's blood alcohol content was measured at .117%.
  • Police investigation a scene on Veterans Memorial Parkway for a report of fraudulent activity (identity theft). Evidence was seized and an investigation is ongoing.
  • Items were stolen from a motor vehicle on Guyenne Drive.
  • An officer responded to Fountain Grass Drive for two reports of shoplifting.
  • Items were stolen from a building on Meadows Circle Drive.

April 8:

  • A subject was arrested on Westbound I-70 for DWI and other active warrants. The driver's blood alcohol content was measured at .186%.
  • An accident occurred on I-64.
  • An officer met with a victim who was reporting a burglary on Glen Cove Terrace. A drill was missing from the garage.
  • Property damage occurred on Silent Meadow Drive: the side mirrors on a vehicle were damaged. Costs were estimated at $200 to replace.
  • Police responded to a drive thru on Centre on the Lake for a subject acting "belligerent." The subject was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
  • A statutory sodomy was reported on Silent Meadow Drive.

April 9:

  • Police took a report on harassment on Cannes Court.
  • An accident occurred on Hawk Ridge Trail.
  • A driver was pulled over and arrested on I-70 for driving while intoxicated.

April 10:

  • Shoplifting was reported on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard.
  • There was a burglary on Nantua Court.

April 11:

  • A driver was arrested on Highway N for driving while intoxicated.

  • Police took a report of fraudulent use of a credit card on Hawkings Landing Drive.

April 13:

  • Police responded to a disturbance call on Bent Oak Drive. A female was arrested for an active warrant. She later alleged she was assaulted by her boyfriend. The male was issued summons for Domestic Assault.
  • Shoplifting was reported on Ronald Reagan Drive.
  • A fire (accidental) occurred on Berry Court.

April 14:

  • A subject was arrested for driving while suspended on I-70.
  • A firearm was found on Veterans Memorial Parkway.
  • Shoplifting was reported on Fountain Grass Drive.
  • An officer responded to Bent Oak Drive for a report of a domestic incident. No charges.
  • Police report that there was an incident of child molestation on Oak Hill Drive.

April 15:

  • Accidents occurred on Highway N, Chase Drive, and Robert Raymond Drive.
  • During a traffic stop, a male subject was arrested for drug violations and driving while intoxicated.

April 16:

  • A driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Veterans Memorial Parkway. The subject's blood alcohol content was measured at .227%.
  • A male subject was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Medical Drive.
  • An accident occurred on Ronald Reagan Drive.
  • Shoplifting was reported on Fountain Grass Drive.
  • A disabled vehicle was towed on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. The driver was transported by EMS for medical issues.
  • A subject was arrested on Waler Drive for multiple arrest warrants, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A male and female subject were issued summons for domestic assault on Prominence Lane.

April 17:

  • Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Lemans Court. No charges.
  • An accident occurred on westbound I-64. A vehicle had struck two deer. No injuries.
  • During a traffic stop on Seine Drive, a female subject was arrested for an active warrant.

April 18:

  • Police reported to a call of "a strong smell of marijuana coming from an apartment" on Cedar Run Lane. A resident was issued summons for possession of marijuana.
  • Officers responded to an allegation of abuse on Lakewood Drive.
  • There was a report of a domestic disturbance on Bent Oak Court.
  • Shoplifting was reported on Meadows Circle Drive.
  • There was an incident of drug possession on Medical Drive.
  • An accident occurred on Hawk Ridge Trail.

April 19:

  • An accident occurred on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard.
  • An officer responded to Ronald Reagan Drive to assist a retail employee with an elderly woman who was lost.
