Police Blotter: Employee Steals Tools from Diamond Edge Lawn and Land

The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Stealing

  • On April 9, a Lake Saint Louis Police Officer responded to Ronald Reagan Drive for a theft. An investigation is being conducted.
  • Employee theft from Diamond Edge Lawn and Land on April 15. Several power tools were taken.
  • On April 16, police responded to Walmart located at 6100 Ronald Reagan Drive for a report of a male shoplifter being detained by Walmart Security. The male subject was later arrested for outstanding warrants and issued a summons for shoplifting.

Domestic Assault

  • On April 14, Lake Saint Louis Police Officers responded to Eagle's Way Lane for a report of a domestic assault in progress. Prior to the officer's arrival the male suspect had fled the scene. Statements from the female victim indicate that a domestic assault did occur and there is an active investigation continuing.
  • Officers responded to Bayside Court for the report of a verbal altercation between a husband and wife.

  • Police responded to St. Joseph's West Hospital in reference to narcotics being located in a patient’s room. No charges filed due to being unable to determine ownership.
