March 7

  • 5:26 a.m. An officer was dispatched to the employee parking lot of in reference to a larceny. The victim stated that between 1 a.m. and 5:25 a.m., the victim's locked car had been broken into and items were stolen.
  • 9:29 a.m. An officer responded to for a gas drive-off. The manager reported that the subject had pumped 16.104 gallons into a vehicle and left without paying.
  • 1:27 p.m. A 22-year-old male was issued summons for shoplifting at .
  • 2:54 p.m. Officers responded to Rouen Court for a verbal argument in progress between a male and a female. The incident was determined to be non-criminal in nature.
  • 3:24 p.m. An accident was reported on Prospect Road.
  • 4:30 p.m. An accident was reported on Interstate 64.
  • 7:54 p.m. Officers responded to Woodchuck Lane to serve an Ex Parte Order of Protection.
  • 9:53 p.m. An accident was reported on westbound Highway N at Ronald Reagan Drive. No injuries were reported.

March 8

  • 2:54 p.m. Harassment involving a juvenile was reported on Keswick Drive.
  • 8:49 p.m. A domestic assault, third degree, involving a juvenile was reported on Rue Grand Drive.

  • 1:26 a.m. An officer stopped a 22-year-old female for a lane violation and improper vehicle registration violation that occurred on Hwy. N near Hawk Ridge Trail. The female driver was arrested for DWI (prior offender). The female driver refused to submit to a chemical breath test. A 24-year-old male passenger was also placed under arrest for an active warrant for his arrest.
  • 9:24 a.m. An officer responded to for a report of property damage to a building.
  • 3:16 p.m. An officer responded to Petro Mart for a report of stealing gasoline. The manager stated that a white female subject failed to pay for 15.795 ($57.79) of gasoline.
  • 3:30 p.m. An officer stopped a vehicle on I-64 for no plates. A computer check determined that the driver had two active warrants for his arrest.
  • 4:07 p.m. An officer responded to the 100 block of Freymuth on the report of a fire. Upon arrival, the officer noted a small amount of visible flames on the outside of a small outbuilding located behind the residence. The owner was applying water to the building from a garden hose. The fire was mostly out before the Fire Department arrive on the scene. The fire was determined to be accidental.
  • 4:52 p.m. A vehicle left the scene of an accident on the SSM St. Joseph West Hospital parking lot. A parked, unoccupied vehicle was struck, and the suspect was gone when officers arrived.
  • 7:53 p.m. A 24-year-old female was arrest for driving with a suspended license.

March 10

  • 1:41 p.m. A bike was stolen from the side of a house near the 200 block of Savoy Drive. The theft occurred some time in the past week.

March 11

  • 8:26 a.m. During a traffic stop for improper registration, an officer arrested the passenger of the vehicle for a warrant out of Warren County. The driver was issued a summons. The passenger posted bond later in the day and was released.
  • 12:58 p.m. An officer responded to the 200 block of Oceanis Drive for a report of a theft that had occurred overnight from an unlocked vehicle.

March 12

  • 3 a.m. An officer responded to Woodlake Court in reference to a physical domestic incident not in progress. No charges were filed as no injuries were evident.
  • 11:23 a.m. During a traffic stop on I-70 for a registration violation, the driver was arrested for driving with a revoked driver's license.
  • 10:15 p.m. Officers were dispatched to Woodlake Court to investigate a report of property damage. The victim declined criminal prosecution. While on the scene, officers also investigated a domestic incident between husband and wife.

March 13

  • 1:26 a.m. Officers were dispatched to Woodlake Court in response to a report of a domestic assault that had just occurred. Based upon lack of physical evidence and conflicting statements from the involved parties, the case will be forwarded to a prosecutor for review.
  • 1:34 p.m. A 24-year-old female was arrested for an active warrant from O'Fallon police department for driving on a suspended license and providing false information.
  • 11:43 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to maintain a single lane on westbound I-70 near the 212 mile marker. The 53-year-old male driver was charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle while Revoked, a felony.
