Police Blotter: Man Arrested for Speeding 60 Miles Per Hour Above Limit While Fleeing Police

The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Domestic Assault

  • Police were dispatched to the 10th block of Airfield Crossing Court in reference to a domestic disturbance which had occurred the previous night. Male subject grabbed and struck a female subject before leaving the residence. Male subject was located and issued summons for domestic assault.

Leaving the Scene of an Accident
  • Officers investigated a Leaving the Scene of a accident in the area of Deloire and Veterans Memorial Parkway. 

Stealing
  • Police responded to Walmart at 6100 Ronald Reagan Drive in reference to a delayed theft that had occurred on Thursday, June 20. Two Sony Playstation 3 wireless controllers were stolen. The value of the items totaled $109.92. Suspect was located and issued a Lake Saint Louis Municipal summons for shoplifting.

Resisting 
  • A Lake St. Louis Police Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding and no front license plate in thearea of S. Henke Road and Technology Drive. The vehicle fled and the officer continued to attempt to stop the suspect until he left the city limits, at which time the pursuit was terminated. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old male for Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop, Careless and imprudent Driving, and Speeding (95 mph in a 35 mph zone).
