Police Blotter: Man Arrested for Stealing Gun

The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Stealing

  • Police responded to Petro Mart, located at 463 Hawk Ridge Trail, on June 4 in reference to a theft of fuel. The license plate obtained by Petro Mart employees was not registered in the state of Missouri. Case classified as inactive.
  • Lake Saint Louis Police Officers responded to the 6000 block of Ronald Reagan Drive for the report of a felony theft of a firearm that was not in progress. A 32-year-old male was arrested and warrants for felony stealing were issued.

Possession of Drugs
  • Lake Saint Louis Police Officers located a suspicious vehicle occupied by three suspects parked by a closed businesses of Centre on the Lake. Upon further investigation two 19-year-old suspects were found to be in possession of alcohol, and one of the suspects was also in possession of marijuana. A 21-year-old suspect was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Two suspects were released on summons and the third was arrested and transported to the Lake St. Louis police station where he was booked and released on bond.
