Police Blotter: Man Trespassing at Founders Park Busted for DWI

The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Traffic

  • On March 20, a Lake Saint Louis Officer conducted a traffic stop for a license violation on Lake St. Louis Boulevard near Interstate 64. A 32-year-old male was arrested for felony traffic charges.
  • On March 21, a Lake St. Louis Police Officer made a traffic stop on Interstate 64 and arrested the 36-year-old driver for driving with a revoked driver's license.

DWI

  • On March 21, a Lake Saint Louis Police Officer stopped a vehicle driving through Founders Park in violation of park curfew. The officer subsequently arrested a 23-year-old male for driving while intoxicated. The driver’s blood alcohol content waslater measured at .144 percent BAC.

Stealing

  • Police responded to the Lake Saint Louis Walmart in reference to a 46-year-old female detained for stealing. The female was released from the scene on summons.

Possession 

  • On March 22, police responded to the area of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard near Rue Petite Drive for a report of a vehicle crash and issued driver a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

  • On March 23, police responded to the 1000 block of Prospect Road (Purpose Wrecker) for the report of stealing and property damage.
