Police Blotter: Memorial Day Weekend DWIs

Calls to the Lake Saint Louis Police Department, May 25 - May 31.

 May 25:

  • An accident occurred on Braeswick Drive.
  • There was a report of a fraudulent use of a credit device on Twin Lake Drive.
  • A subject was arrested for DWI on Orf Road.
  • A domestic incident was investigated on Ridgeway Drive. No charges were filed.

May 26:

  • A wallet went missing on Hawk Ridge Trail, but was later found and returned.
  • An accident occurred on Henke Road.
  • There was a report of an unauthorized use of a credit card by a family member on Freymuth Road. Case is still under investigation.
  • A shoplifting incident was reported on Ronald Reagan Drive.

May 27:

  • Two bicycles were found on Prospect Road.
  • An officer responded to a report of property damage and theft on Russett Terrace.
  • There was a report of shoplifting on Ronald Reagan Drive.
  • A subject was arrested for DWI on Locksley Manor Drive. The driver's blood alcohol content measured at .158%.

May 28:

  • A subject was arrested for DWI on Centre on the Lake, and refused to submit to a chemical breath test.
  • During a traffic stop on Westbound I-70, a subject was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • There was an accident on Highway N.
  • Two subjects were caught trespassing in a condemned residence on Glen Cove Terrace.
  • An officer responded to a domestic incident on Welsh Drive. No charges filed.
  • A subject was arrested for DWI, driving while suspended, and for felony possession of a controlled substance on Robert Raymond Drive.

May 29:

  • There was a one-car accident on westbound I-70 with one person injured. The vehicle had ran off the road, hit the embankment, and caught on fire. The driver was charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving by causing an accident, and driving while suspended.
  • There was an accident on Civic Center Drive.
  • There was a report of property damage on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. A subject had kicked a victim's car, and was issued a summons for property damage.
  • A subject was arrested for DWI on Highway N, and refused to submit to a chemical breath test.
  • A subject on Bent Oak Drive was issued a summons for peace disturbance and littering.
  • There was a domestic assault on Big River Drive.

May 31:

  • A license plate was reported missing on Green Tree Meadows Drive.
  • A burglary was reported on Catamaran Court.
