Police Blotter: Stolen Catalytic Converter

Calls to the Lake Saint Louis Police Department, July 13 - July 19.

July 13:

  • An accident occurred on I-70.
  • Police responded to a report of shoplifting on Fountain Grass Drive.
  • A cellphone was reported stolen on Yard Drive.
  • A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle on Medical Drive.
  • There was a crash on Cognac Court with injury to persons reported. A female driver involved in the crash left the scene of the accident, and was later arrested for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, carless and imprudent driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving while intoxicated.
  • A subject was arrested for DWI on Rue Grand Drive.

July 14:

  • Police responded to an accident on Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. No injuries were reported.
  • An accident occurred on Highway N at Hawkridge Trail.
  • A vehicle was stolen on Veterans Memorial Parkway.
  • A felony amount of property was taken from a motor vehicle on Medical Drive.

July 15:

  • Police received a report of two unidentified males trying to break into parked vehicles on Hickory Wood Drive. The suspects were gone when police arrived.
  • Officers responded to Chartres Court for a report of a male subject exposing himself.
  • There was a theft from a vehicle reported on Lemans Court.
  • An officer responded to Oakley Court to check on the well being of a subject who was trying to harm themselves.
  • There was a theft from a building on Ronald Reagan Drive.
  • A female subject was detained on Fountain Grass Drive for shoplifting.
  • There was a domestic incident on Cedar Cove Trail. No charges.

July 16:

  • An accident occurred on Veterans Memorial Parkway.
  • An officer reported to Burgundy Drive for a call about a suspcious item on the front porch of a residence.
  • There was an accident on Technology Drive.

July 18:

  • There was a domestic incident on Cedar Cove Trail. A female subject was being harassed by her estranged husband.
  • There was a report of missing property on Burgundy Drive.
  • An assault was reported on Hawk Ridge Trail.
  • There was a call about an animal bite on Evesham East.
  • Police filed an informational report about a subject and the vehicle he had previously sold. He was still in possession of the title, whoever had only recieved part of the payment.
  • A vehicle left the scene of an accident on Fountain View Terrace.

July 19:

  • Multiple summons for minors in possession of alcohol were issued on Fox Trail Drive.
  • There was vandalism to two vehicles on Normandy Court. No suspects were identified.
  • An accident occurred on South Henke Road.
