Police: Thief Steals $5,100 Worth of Jewelry From Home

The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Stealing

  • Police responded to the 2300 block of Gascony Drive in reference to items being stolen from a residence. Approximately $5,100 worth of jewelry was stolen.
  • Officers responded to the 6000 block of Ronald Reagan Drive for a report of shoplifting. At the conclusion of the investigation, two 18-year-old male suspects were charged with shoplifting cellular telephone cases.

Possession of Marijuana

  • Officers responded to Walmart on April in regard to a verbal disturbance between a male and female subject. Through investigation it was determined the disturbance was verbal only. However, the male subject was taken into custody for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Property Damage

  • A sliding glass door was broken at Cedar Run Lane. The estimated cost to repair the glass door pane is approximately $250.
  • Someone wrote on the side of victims house with a magic marker.
