Police Blotter: Hospital Patient Causes Commotion

The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Fraud

• On Feb. 23, an officer responded to the Lake Saint Louis Police Department lobby in reference to a subject wanting to report that her credit card been used fraudulently twice in the city of Lake Saint Louis.

Failure to Appear

• On Feb. 25, a traffic stop was made at Technology Drive and a 37-year-old male driver was arrested for multiple warrants.
• On Feb. 26, a 32-year-old male subject was arrested for an outstanding warrant for failing to appear on a shoplifting charge.

Assault

• On Feb. 25, an officer responded to St. Joseph Hospital West in regard to a patient causing a verbal disturbance in the Emergency Department waiting room.

Found Property

• On Feb. 25, a Lake Saint Louis Police Officer investigated found property that was discovered on Ronald Reagan Drive. The owner was located and the property was returned.

Traffic Crash

• On Feb. 26, a Lake Saint Louis Police Officer responded to the area of Interstate 70 and Lake St. Louis Blvd. for a report of a single vehicle motor vehicle crash. The vehicle was towed and the driver was transported by EMS for minor injuries.
