Police Blotter: Two Men Cited for Possession of Marijuana
The following information was supplied by the Lake Saint Louis Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Assault
- On Sunday, May 12, Lake Saint Louis Police Officer investigated a report of theft and assault that occurred at theBent Oak Apartment Complex. The reporting party and suspect provided different accounts of what had occurred and no physical evidence was located that would validate the claims of assault. The investigation is ongoing.
- A Lake St. Louis Police officer was dispatched to Dauphine Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance between two subjects.
- A Lake St Louis police officer stopped a vehicle in the 8300 block of Hwy N for displaying an expired license plate. During the traffic stop the officer discovered a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Two 20-year-old males were issued summonses for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Police were dispatched to Von Maur, located at #2 Fountain Grass Drive, in reference to a report of a stealing. A 44-year-old female was arrested and later released pending application of warrants.
